“Every cutout cushion I bought flattened out and pressed into my tailbone. NilPoint holds my pelvis straight up. I finally get through an eight-hour shift without shifting side to side.”

Your route is hard enough. Your seat shouldn’t be.
AirGap helps keep your pelvis supported and your tailbone over open space—so a full day in the cab doesn’t become a constant shuffle from one cheek to the other.
- 01Tailbone sits over airClear space beneath the coccyx—not another foam pad
- 02Support through the whole shiftThe integrated back helps resist the slow cab-seat slump
- 03Made to move between rigsOne piece, no straps, with a portable carry bag
Test it on your real route for 60 days. If it isn’t a better way to sit, send it back for a refund.
Eight hours changes how you sit.
As the kilometres add up, your pelvis can roll backward and your tailbone can sink toward the seat. AirGap combines open space beneath the coccyx with a raised, supportive shape that encourages a more upright position.
- 1Set it straight on the driver’s seatNo straps or permanent installation required.
- 2Sit back into the contourThe integrated support helps position your pelvis.
- 3Centre over the AirGapYour coccyx stays over open space instead of compressed foam.

“Driving was misery because my tailbone kept hitting foam over highway bumps. The support keeps me upright and long trips feel completely different now.”
“I spent months leaning onto one cheek because standard donut pillows didn’t help. This keeps me sitting square instead of constantly readjusting.”

Driver questions, answered.
AirGap measures 47 × 43cm. Compare that with the flat usable area of your driver’s seat before ordering.
Will it fit an air-suspension truck seat?+
AirGap sits on top of the existing seat and does not need to attach to the suspension system. Measure the flat usable seat area first: the cushion is 47 × 43cm, and it should not cover belt buckles, adjustment levers or controls.
Will it change my driving position?+
Any added cushion can raise your seated position. After placing AirGap, readjust your seat, mirrors and steering position before driving, and make sure every control remains easy to reach.
Can I move it between different trucks?+
Yes. It is a single portable piece with no straps or permanent fittings. The carry bag makes it easy to move between a prime mover, ute and home chair.
Is the cover washable after dirty shifts?+
Yes. Unzip and remove the cover, wash it cold on a gentle cycle or by hand, then air dry. Do not machine wash the foam.
How firm is it?+
AirGap uses high-density memory foam designed to feel supportive rather than soft and sinking. It can take a short period to adjust to your body and the temperature inside the cab.
Does it replace fatigue breaks?+
No. AirGap is a seating comfort product only. It does not prevent fatigue and never replaces safe fatigue management, required rest breaks or professional medical advice.
